This is a fun mystery course designed to train your dogs with a real purpose and end result. It is a fabulous learning experience for both dog owners and professional trainers. If you are interested in teaching dogs how to search, track, or just need new ways to make your training classes more fun, this is the course for you! Arson, explosives, firearms, and drug detection are NOT used!

DAYS 1 & 2: Super Sleuth
|
Wednesday October 1st & Thursday October 2nd 9:00 am - 4:30 pm

The first two days teach you and your dog to become a super sleuthing team
YOU AND YOUR DOG WILL BE WORKING ON THESE SKILL SETS:
- Tracking and scent detection
- Team and relationship building exercises
- Exercises designed to enhance controlling

DAY 3: Crime Solving

Friday October 3rd 9:00 am - 4:30 pm
|
The next day you will work in a small team attempting to solve a heinous crime:
- Using your canine detective, your powers of observation, and problem solving skills to sort out the clues to the case.

Registration Options for the John Rogerson 3-Day Canine CSI Workshop:
- Dog-Handler Team Working Spot ($395) Limit 21 spots.
- A Dog-Handler Team consists of one human and one dog. Additional humans must be enrolled as auditors (see below).
- Dogs can be from 18 weeks to 10 years old.
- Bring a sturdy collar, leash, and 25 foot long line.
- Bring 5 different types of food rewards, 5 different toys, and lots of personal enthusiasm.
- Dogs should have some basic obedience training. No dog is permitted off-lead at the workshop unless instructed to do so by John.
- It is important that dogs are sociable around dogs and people that they do not know.
NO AGGRESSION PROBLEMS PLEASE!
- Human Only Auditor ($195) Limit 21 spots.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER |
John Rogerson
is the founder and principle lecturer of the Northern Centre for Canine Behaviour in the United Kingdom. He is widely acclaimed as one of the world's leading trainer behaviorists, having pioneered many of the techniques that have now become standard practice in behavior therapy and training. John is the author of eight books and has produced two videos. John is in great demand as a training and behavior consultant and in this capacity runs many courses worldwide to impart his skills and knowledge to others.
