THE FIVE "FAUX PAWS" (Roots of Aggression)
|
Five Misunderstandings Between Dogs & People & Science based alternatives to prevent aggression or better treat existing aggression.
Client after client, year after year, I have observed five consistent areas in which we misunderstand our canine companions. At best these misunderstandings create frustrated Fidos, but at worst they lead to serious aggression issues.
Saturday we will discuss each area of misunderstanding (the five "faux paws"), observe video examples, and provide an alternate perspective based on the most current science that challenges these flawed dog training myths, folklore, and traditions.
By challenging some of the current wisdom related to dog training and dog behavior we can prevent canine aggression issues from developing and do a better job of treating already existing aggression issues of all types and levels of severity.

LIFE IN THE (Multiple Dog) DOGHOUSE: Living Successfully in a Multiple Dog Household (By Defusing Aggression)
|
Whether you now have two dogs or ten, the rules changed as soon as your canine population grew beyond one. This presentation is all about living and working successfully in a multiple dog household.
More than anything, this presentation emphasizes practical techniques that you or your clients can actually implement, rather than on techniques that sound good in theory but are too complicated or time-consuming to actually carry out. This seminar includes lots of video filmed in actual, well-running, multiple dog households.
For professionals and pet owners alike, it covers important aspects such as:
